📅 Booking & Payment

Picnics must be booked 5 days in advance.

Last-minute bookings: contact us on Instagram or email.

50% non-refundable deposit required.

Final payment due 2 days before your picnic.

Bookings made within 3 days require full payment.
🔄 Rescheduling

Rescheduling allowed 72 hours / 3 days prior.

Changes within 24 hours → 10% rush fee.
🌤️ Weather

We monitor weather closely.

Picnics may be moved indoors or rescheduled at no cost.

Picnics are never left unattended — please arrive on time.
⏰ Arrival & Late Policy

Client is responsible for items until cleanup.

Leaving early? Notify us 30 minutes before.

More than 30 minutes late → $30 late fee.

Time is not extended for late arrivals.
💠 Damage & Deposits

Client is responsible for damaged/missing items.

Kids & pool picnics require a $100 refundable deposit.
❌ Cancellations

No refunds once payment is received.

Pre-ordered food, cake, or florals may be picked up.

Tickets available until 24 hours before the event.

Refunds accepted 7 days prior.
❌ Refund Conditions

All sales final within 7 days of the event.

No refunds for no-shows or late arrivals.

Should the event commence after the scheduled start time and you choose not to participate, a refund is not applicable.

✔️ Defective Items

Defects must be reported within 48 hours (with proof).

Eligible items may be exchanged.
🔥 Candle Use & Care

Please follow all burn and safety instructions.

Natural variations (frosting, color shifts, texture) are normal and not considered defects.
📦 Delivery & Handling

Report shipping damage immediately upon receipt.

Once picked up or delivered, the responsibility transfers to the customer.
